MP में मोहन सरकार चलाएगी एयर एंबुलेंस: बजट में Air Ambulance Facility प्रावधान, जानिए कैसे मिलेगी सुविधा ?
Air Ambulance Facility in MP: मध्य प्रदेश में मोहन यादव सरकार (Mohan Yadav government in Madhya Pradesh) ने जनहित और आकस्मिक चिकित्सा जरूरतों के लिए बड़ा फैसला लिया है। सरकार राज्य में एयर एंबुलेंस (air ambulance) चलाने की योजना बना रही है. अनुपूरक बजट में मुख्यमंत्री एयर एम्बुलेंस नई योजना के लिए अलग से प्रावधान होगा। इस योजना से राज्य में किसी भी आकस्मिक दुर्घटना के बाद या किसी गंभीर मामले में पीड़ित को त्वरित इलाज मिल सकेगा।

Air Ambulance Facility in MP: एयर एंबुलेंस को लेकर सीएम मोहन यादव ने कहा कि हमने चिकित्सा सुविधाएं बढ़ाने और हरदा जैसी गंभीर घटना के लिए एयर एंबुलेंस की भी योजना बनाई है. जिसे भी जरूरत होगी सरकार उसकी पूरी मदद करेगी। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में सरकार हर मामले को लेकर गंभीर है।
प्रस्ताव तैयार हो रहा है
Air Ambulance Facility in MP: सरकार की एयर एम्बुलेंस सेवा (air ambulance service) में चिकित्सा सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित एक हेलीकॉप्टर और एक विमान होगा। उड्डयन विभाग इसका प्रस्ताव तैयार कर रहा है. इसके लिए लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग के अंतर्गत बजट उपलब्ध होगा। फिलहाल देश के बड़े अस्पतालों के पास एयर एंबुलेंस उपलब्ध हैं. इनका प्रयोग विशेष एवं बड़े लोग ही करते हैं अथवा कर सकते हैं। लेकिन, सरकार द्वारा सुविधा शुरू करने के बाद आम लोगों के लिए यह आसान हो जाएगा.
चुनाव के दौरान आयोग ने व्यवस्था की थी
Air Ambulance Facility in MP: हाल ही में हुए मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए चुनाव आयोग के निर्देश पर राज्य सरकार ने एयर एंबुलेंस की व्यवस्था की थी. यह सुविधा बालाघाट, मंडला और डिंडोरी जिलों के नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में मतदान कर्मियों को प्रदान की गई। पूरी संभावना है कि आगामी 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में भी यह व्यवस्था बनी रहेगी. हालांकि, राज्य सरकार चाहती है कि यह सुविधा राज्य के आम लोगों को भी मिले, इसलिए इस योजना पर काम किया जा रहा है.
नियम-कायदे तैयार किये जा रहे हैं
Air Ambulance Facility in MP: सरकार ने अभी तक इस योजना के लिए बजट नहीं दिया है। इससे पहले भी कैबिनेट की बैठकों में इसे लेकर योजना बनाई जा चुकी है. इसी वजह से विमानन विभाग के साथ-साथ स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग भी इसकी योजना बना रहा था. अब बजट के तुरंत बाद टेंडर बुलाए जाएंगे। इसमें विवरण होगा.

Regarding air ambulance, CM Mohan Yadav said that we have planned to increase medical facilities and also air ambulance for serious incidents like Harda. The government will provide full help to whoever is in need. Under the leadership of respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government is serious about every matter.
proposal is being prepared
The government’s air ambulance service will have one helicopter and one aircraft equipped with medical facilities. The Aviation Department is preparing its proposal. For this, budget will be available under the Public Health and Family Welfare Department. At present, air ambulances are available with big hospitals of the country. Only special and big people use or can use them. But, after the government starts the facility, it will become easier for the common people.
The Commission had made arrangements during the elections
On the instructions of the Election Commission, the state government had made arrangements for air ambulance for the recently held Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. This facility was provided to polling personnel in Naxal affected areas of Balaghat, Mandla and Dindori districts.
There is every possibility that this system will remain in place in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections also. However, the state government wants that this facility should also be available to the common people of the state, hence work is being done on this scheme.
Rules and regulations are being prepared
The government has not yet given the budget for this scheme. Even before this, a plan regarding this had been made in the cabinet meetings. For this reason, along with the Aviation Department, the Health and Family Welfare Department was also planning this. Now tenders will be called immediately after the budget. It will contain details.
