Chhattisgarh Budget History: छत्तीसगढ़ के वित्त मंत्री 9 फरवरी को इस सरकार का पहला बजट पेश करेंगे. लेकिन इस बार बजट में एक बड़ा बदलाव देखने को मिलेगा, जो राज्य के इतिहास से जुड़ा है. आपको बता दें कि 1 नवंबर 2000 को मध्य प्रदेश से अलग करके नया राज्य छत्तीसगढ़ बनाया गया था.
Chhattisgarh Budget History: इसके बाद कांग्रेस नेता अजीत जोगी के नेतृत्व में राज्य की पहली सरकार बनी. तब से लेकर अब तक छत्तीसगढ़ के बजट का इतिहास दिलचस्प रहा है. क्योंकि छत्तीसगढ़ का ज्यादातर बजट मुख्यमंत्री ने ही पेश किया है, लेकिन 20 साल बाद एक बार फिर ऐसा होगा जब सीएम बजट पेश नहीं करेंगे.
राजा रामचन्द्र सिंहदेव ने पहला बजट पेश किया
Chhattisgarh Budget History: हालाँकि, राज्य गठन के बाद प्रथम मुख्यमंत्री अजीत जोगी ने कोरिया के राजा रामचन्द्र सिंहदेव को अपनी सरकार में वित्त मंत्री बनाया था, उन्होंने ही राज्य का पहला बजट पेश किया था। रामचन्द्र सिंह एक अच्छे वित्तीय विशेषज्ञ माने जाते थे। इसके बाद अगले दो बजट भी राजा रामचन्द्र सिंहदेव ने पेश किये। इसके बाद 2003 के विधानसभा चुनाव में राज्य में बीजेपी की सरकार बनी.
अमर अग्रवाल ने तीन बजट पेश किये
Chhattisgarh Budget History: 2003 के छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी की सरकार बनी, रमन सिंह राज्य के दूसरे मुख्यमंत्री बने. उन्होंने अपनी सरकार में अमर अग्रवाल को वित्त मंत्री बनाया, जिन्होंने राज्य का चौथा बजट पेश किया. इसके बाद अमर अग्रवाल ने दो और बजट पेश किये. लेकिन 2006 में अमर अग्रवाल ने वित्त मंत्री के पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया. जिसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह ने खुद वित्त मंत्री की जिम्मेदारी संभाली.
सीएम 2007-08 से बजट पेश कर रहे हैं
Chhattisgarh Budget History: तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह ने 2007-08 में अपने मुख्यमंत्री कार्यकाल के दौरान राज्य का पहला बजट पेश किया था. जिसके बाद उन्होंने वित्त मंत्रालय फिर से अपने पास रख लिया. इसके बाद रमन सिंह ने 2018-19 तक लगातार बजट पेश किया. हालांकि, 2018 के विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी को हार का सामना करना पड़ा और कांग्रेस की छत्तीसगढ़ में वापसी हो गई.
Chhattisgarh Budget History: कांग्रेस सरकार में भूपेश बघेल को मुख्यमंत्री की जिम्मेदारी मिली, खास बात ये है कि मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर वित्त मंत्रालय भी भूपेश बघेल ने अपने पास ही रखा. जिसके बाद भूपेश बघेल ने 2019 में पहला बजट पेश किया, उन्होंने अपना आखिरी बजट 2022-23 में पेश किया.
सीएम का कहना है कि अन्य मुख्यमंत्री जो बजट पेश नहीं करेंगे
Chhattisgarh Budget History: ऐसे में मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय छत्तीसगढ़ के इतिहास में दूसरे ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री बनने जा रहे हैं जो बजट पेश नहीं करेंगे. राज्य में अब तक चार मुख्यमंत्री बने हैं, जिनमें से रमन सिंह और भूपेश बघेल ने बजट पेश किया है. लेकिन अजीत जोगी ने बजट पेश नहीं किया है, अब इस लिस्ट में सीएम साय का नाम भी जुड़ जाएगा.

Raja Ramchandra Singhdev presented the first budget

After this, BJP government was formed in the state in the 2003 assembly elections.
Amar Aggarwal presented three budgets
Chhattisgarh Budget History: BJP government was formed in the 2003 Chhattisgarh Assembly elections, Raman Singh became the second Chief Minister of the state. He made Amar Aggarwal the Finance Minister in his government, who presented the fourth budget of the state. After this Amar Aggarwal presented two more budgets. But in 2006, Amar Aggarwal resigned from the post of Finance Minister. After which Chief Minister Raman Singh himself took over the responsibility of Finance Minister.
CM has been presenting the budget since 2007-08
Chhattisgarh Budget History: The then Chief Minister Raman Singh presented the first budget of the state during his Chief Minister tenure in 2007-08. After which he again kept the Finance Ministry with himself. After this, Raman Singh presented budget continuously till 2018-19. However, BJP faced defeat in the 2018 assembly elections and Congress returned to Chhattisgarh.
Chhattisgarh Budget History: Bhupesh Baghel got the responsibility of Chief Minister in the Congress government, the special thing is that as the Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel also kept the Finance Ministry with himself. After which Bhupesh Baghel presented the first budget in 2019, he presented his last budget in 2022-23.
CM says other Chief Ministers who will not present the budget
Chhattisgarh Budget History: In such a situation, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is going to become the second Chief Minister in the history of Chhattisgarh who will not present the budget. There have been four Chief Ministers in the state so far, out of which Raman Singh and Bhupesh Baghel have presented the budget. But Ajit Jogi has not presented the budget, now CM Sai’s name will also be added to this list.
