To avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, marriage certificate, ration card, Aadhar card, voter identity card, residence certificate, certificate issued by Gram Panchayat or Ward Councilor are required for a married woman.
Mahtari Vandana Yojana: According to the instructions issued by Chhattisgarh Women and Child Development Department, if the female beneficiary does not have a mobile then she can compulsorily submit a photocopy of the ration card along with the application form in its place. Along with this, if the woman does not have the marriage registration document regarding being married, then she can submit her self-declaration affidavit.

Mahtari Vandana Yojana: Under Mahtari Vandana Yojana, Vishnudev Sai Government (Chhattisgarh Government) will provide financial assistance of Rs 1,000 per month i.e. Rs 12,000 annually to married women of the state. This benefit will be available to those women who are residents of Chhattisgarh.
To avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, marriage certificate, ration card, Aadhar card, voter identity card, residence certificate, certificate issued by Gram Panchayat or Ward Councilor are required for a married woman.
Mahtari Vandana Yojana: According to the instructions issued by Chhattisgarh Women and Child Development Department, if the female beneficiary does not have a mobile then she can compulsorily submit a photocopy of the ration card along with the application form in its place. Along with this, if the woman does not have the marriage registration document regarding being married, then she can submit her self-declaration affidavit.

Mahtari Vandana Yojana: Under Mahtari Vandana Yojana, Vishnudev Sai Government (Chhattisgarh Government) will provide financial assistance of Rs 1,000 per month i.e. Rs 12,000 annually to married women of the state. This benefit will be available to those women who are residents of Chhattisgarh.
To avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, marriage certificate, ration card, Aadhar card, voter identity card, residence certificate, certificate issued by Gram Panchayat or Ward Councilor are required for a married woman.
Mahtari Vandana Yojana: According to the instructions issued by Chhattisgarh Women and Child Development Department, if the female beneficiary does not have a mobile then she can compulsorily submit a photocopy of the ration card along with the application form in its place. Along with this, if the woman does not have the marriage registration document regarding being married, then she can submit her self-declaration affidavit.

Mahtari Vandana Yojana: महतारी वंदन योजना के तहत, विष्णुदेव साय सरकार (Chhattisgarh Government) राज्य की विवाहित महिलाओं को प्रति माह 1,000 रुपये यानी सालाना 12,000 रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करेगी। यह लाभ उन महिलाओं को मिलेगा जो छत्तीसगढ़ की निवासी हैं।

Mahtari Vandana Yojana: Under Mahtari Vandana Yojana, Vishnudev Sai Government (Chhattisgarh Government) will provide financial assistance of Rs 1,000 per month i.e. Rs 12,000 annually to married women of the state. This benefit will be available to those women who are residents of Chhattisgarh.
To avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, marriage certificate, ration card, Aadhar card, voter identity card, residence certificate, certificate issued by Gram Panchayat or Ward Councilor are required for a married woman.
Mahtari Vandana Yojana: According to the instructions issued by Chhattisgarh Women and Child Development Department, if the female beneficiary does not have a mobile then she can compulsorily submit a photocopy of the ration card along with the application form in its place. Along with this, if the woman does not have the marriage registration document regarding being married, then she can submit her self-declaration affidavit.

Mahtari Vandana Yojana: According to the instructions issued by Chhattisgarh Women and Child Development Department, if the female beneficiary does not have a mobile then she can compulsorily submit a photocopy of the ration card along with the application form in its place. Along with this, if the woman does not have the marriage registration document regarding being married, then she can submit her self-declaration affidavit.

Mahtari Vandana Yojana: Under Mahtari Vandana Yojana, Vishnudev Sai Government (Chhattisgarh Government) will provide financial assistance of Rs 1,000 per month i.e. Rs 12,000 annually to married women of the state. This benefit will be available to those women who are residents of Chhattisgarh.
To avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, marriage certificate, ration card, Aadhar card, voter identity card, residence certificate, certificate issued by Gram Panchayat or Ward Councilor are required for a married woman.
Mahtari Vandana Yojana: According to the instructions issued by Chhattisgarh Women and Child Development Department, if the female beneficiary does not have a mobile then she can compulsorily submit a photocopy of the ration card along with the application form in its place. Along with this, if the woman does not have the marriage registration document regarding being married, then she can submit her self-declaration affidavit.

Mahtari Vandana Yojana: फॉर्म भरने की आखिरी तारीख 20 फरवरी है. इस योजना के तहत (Mahtari Vandan Yojana Form) महिलाओं के खाते में हर महीने 1,000 रुपये भेजे जाएंगे. आइए यहां जानते हैं कि इस योजना का लाभ किन महिलाओं को मिलेगा और इसे कैसे लागू किया जाएगा।
महतारी वंदन योजना
Mahtari Vandana Yojana: महतारी वंदन योजना के तहत, विष्णुदेव साय सरकार (Chhattisgarh Government) राज्य की विवाहित महिलाओं को प्रति माह 1,000 रुपये यानी सालाना 12,000 रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करेगी। यह लाभ उन महिलाओं को मिलेगा जो छत्तीसगढ़ की निवासी हैं।
महतारी वंदन योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए विवाहित महिला के लिए विवाह प्रमाण पत्र, राशन कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, ग्राम पंचायत या वार्ड पार्षद द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र शामिल है।
Mahtari Vandana Yojana: छत्तीसगढ़ महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा जारी निर्देश के अनुसार यदि महिला हितग्राही के पास मोबाइल नहीं है तो वह उसके स्थान पर आवेदन पत्र के साथ राशन कार्ड की फोटोकॉपी अनिवार्य रूप से जमा कर सकती है। इसके साथ ही यदि महिला के पास विवाहित होने के संबंध में विवाह पंजीकरण दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नहीं है तो वह अपना स्व-घोषणा शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत कर सकती है।
