राजनांदगांव लोकसभा सीट भी छत्तीसगढ़ की हाईप्रोफाइल सीटों में से एक है. यहां से राज्य के पूर्व सीएम भूपेश बघेल चुनावी मैदान में हैं. कांग्रेस ने भूपेश बघेल को अपना उम्मीदवार बनाया है. वहीं, बीजेपी ने मौजूदा सांसद संतोष पांडे पर भरोसा जताया है. यह सीट इसलिए भी खास है क्योंकि यहां से पूर्व सीएम रमन सिंह भी सांसद रह चुके हैं. बाद में रमन सिंह के बेटे अभिषेक सिंह भी इस लोकसभा सीट का प्रतिनिधित्व कर चुके हैं.
